Are women’s quotas the right way to avoid female discrimination on labour markets?

In 2015 Germany passed as women’s quota. Under this law, big German companies must give 30 percent of their supervisory board seats to women. Although this law is an important step towards a higher presence of women in leading positions, now it occurs a discrimination for men. Are women’s quotas really the right way to fight against female inequalities on labour markets?
